I bought the aluminum chainsaw sharpener. The delivery was not very fast (from Bulgaria) but it was packed very well...waiting to try it

Delivery was very quick (from Czech Republic) packaged very well, and all accessories accounted for, tried it out straight away, in not ideal conditions but is working very well.

An absolute bargain with a 58% discount, saved over $200.00 can't fault the product or the service.

Package received but turned out to be empty. On closer inspection, turns out package had been cut open (which I did not notice when it was handed to me).

Banggood service terrible. I had paid for shipping insurance so expected this to be easy. And online complaint system responds, but demands that I obtain proof of package weight from the courier company. Courier company turns out to be less than helpful, directs me back to Banggood (etc etc).

Summary: avoid Banggood. Made much better experiences in similar situations with Aliexpress.

Arrived very quickly. Packaging was intact. Sound Bar and Subwoofer were intact.

Sounds is great. My only disappointment is I had hoped I could control everything using the TV remote. It is connected with Optical cable. However, I must turn on the speaker with the supplied remote. Even if I pause the picture, the speaker turns off. Not a big deal, but disappointing.

I always judge a supplier, not when all is ok, but how they sort out problems when something goes wrong.
I bought a 'Hand held chain saw pruner' and whether the battery did not function or there was a problem with the inner workings, it did not work. They were very apologetic, but no way of sorting it, only offering initally a 50% refund. This was squeezed up to a full refund only if I sent the item back, AT MY EXPENSE.
My suggestion is: DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, it is the closest thing to a scam as you can get. My item was relatively cheap, god knows how you would get on if one of the very expensive items was bought and was no good.

Ordered several items recently. All arrived quickly, well packed and working as they should.

Most of my orders have arrived in time and were products of good quality and those that they were not, were refunded without too much effort. (I've no experience with returned goods, though.)
A great plus is that they accept PayPal, which makes you feel safer.
If searching in-site was as efficient as "taking advantage" of cookies, there would be no competition, they would be #1. As it is, it's faster to search elsewhere and then wait to see what you searched for in an email as a suggestion :-)
What keeps me from giving it 5/5 is the reward policy. There are too many limitations. You apply vip coupons to already discounted items and you find them costing more with them than without them. I don't think it's intentionally misleading, but it's not nice, nonetheless.

Most products arrive earlier than expected and are generally good value for money

First order was a mistake on my part ordering wrong item,I was refunded money, so I orderd right part a motor, the order was deliverd earlier than estimated date, and is working perfect, good service

My order was sent late due to the stock situation. The shipment arrived in 2 weeks. The packaging is good, I did not bother with the customs procedures.

The items I bought were all as described and of excellent quality. Banggood can be proud of the products they sell, and compare favorably with well-known brand names.
